Rich duck rillettes on crisp toast feel rustic yet luxurious, especially with a sharp little pickle on top.

Serves: 6 people

Preparation time: 25 min

Ingredients

  • Duck rillettes – 150 g
  • Baguette – 1 small
  • Cornichons – 4
  • Parsley – 1 tbsp

Method

STEP 1
Slice and toast the baguette.
STEP 2
Spread each toast with a small amount of duck rillettes.
STEP 3
Slice the cornichons very thinly.
STEP 4
Top each toast with a slice of cornichon.
STEP 5
Finish with parsley and serve at room temperature.
