A softer, rounder wojapi made with mixed berries that works beautifully as a breakfast topping, dessert sauce or sweet side.

Ingredients
- Blueberries – 250 g
- Blackberries – 150 g
- Cranberries or raspberries – 100 g
- Water – 200 ml
- Honey or maple syrup – 2 tbsp
- Cornstarch – 1 tbsp
Method
Combine all berries and the water in a saucepan.
Bring everything to a gentle simmer and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Stir in the honey or maple syrup.
Make a slurry with the cornstarch and a little cold water.
Add the slurry to the berries and cook until the sauce turns glossy and lightly thick.
Cool slightly and serve warm or chilled.
