A simple chip-shop sausage topped with mayonnaise, curry ketchup and chopped onion.
Serves: 2 people
Preparation time: 60 min
Ingredients
- curry sausages – 2
- mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
- curry ketchup – 3 tbsp
- onion, finely chopped – 1/4 cup
Method
1. Fry the curry sausages until fully heated through and lightly crisp on the outside.
2. Slice each sausage lengthwise or into bite-size pieces, whichever style you prefer.
3. Top with mayonnaise, curry ketchup and chopped onion.
4. Serve hot with fries.
