This creamy salmon salad is quick, fresh and especially good when you want something richer than tuna without much extra work. Dill, lemon and crunchy celery keep the filling bright and balanced.

Ingredients
- Cooked salmon or canned salmon – 300 g
- Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
- Greek yogurt – 2 tbsp
- Celery – 1 stalk, finely diced
- Spring onion – 2, finely sliced
- Fresh dill – 2 tbsp, chopped
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Dijon mustard – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – to taste
Method
STEP 1
Flake the salmon into a bowl and remove any skin or larger bones if needed.
STEP 2
Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and mustard until you have a smooth dressing.
STEP 3
Add the celery, spring onion and dill, then fold the dressing through the salmon.
STEP 4
Season with black pepper and chill the salad briefly before using it as a generous sandwich filling.
