Soft pulled chicken, sweet corn and creamy sauce under flaky pastry: a family pie that feels gentle, generous and instantly familiar.

Ingredients
- Cooked shredded chicken – 700 g
- Sweetcorn – 200 g
- Onion – 1
- Butter – 30 g
- Flour – 2 tbsp
- Chicken stock – 250 ml
- Cream – 150 ml
- Pastry – 500 g
- Egg – 1
Method
Cook the onion in butter, stir in flour, then add stock and cream to make a sauce. Add chicken and corn, transfer to a pie dish, top with pastry and bake until deeply golden.
