An old-school pie with corned beef, onions and potatoes that tastes simple in the best possible way: filling, savoury and very hard to dislike.

Ingredients
- Corned beef – 400 g
- Potatoes – 500 g
- Onions – 2
- Butter – 25 g
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
- Pastry – 500 g
- Egg – 1
Method
Cook the onions until soft and the potatoes until just tender. Combine with chunks of corned beef and plenty of pepper. Spoon into pastry and bake until the crust is golden and the filling is piping hot.
