A quick low-carb skillet with chicken, zucchini, tomato and herbs.

Ingredients
- Chicken breast – 500 g
- Zucchini – 2
- Cherry tomatoes – 250 g
- Onion – 1
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – to taste
Method
STEP 1 Slice the chicken and season with herbs and pepper.
STEP 2 Brown the chicken in olive oil.
STEP 3 Add onion, garlic, zucchini and tomatoes.
STEP 4 Cook until tender and serve hot.
