Nasi rames built around satay feels extra festive and gives you smoky grilled chicken, rice, pickles and sambal in one colorful plate.

Ingredients
- Cooked rice – 600 g
- Sate ayam – 8 skewers
- Peanut sauce – 200 ml
- Acar pickles – 150 g
- Cucumber – 1
- Fried shallots – 2 tbsp
- Sambal – to taste
Method
Cook or warm the rice and prepare the satay according to the recipe.
Warm the peanut sauce and slice the cucumber.
Arrange the rice, satay, pickles and cucumber in bowls or on plates.
Spoon over some peanut sauce and finish with fried shallots and sambal.
