Ingredients
- Chicken hearts – 500 g
- Soy sauce – 4 tbsp
- Mirin – 3 tbsp
- Sake – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Spring onion – 2
Method
Mix soy, mirin, sake and sugar into a glaze. Thread the hearts onto skewers and grill, brushing with glaze until glossy and cooked through. Serve with sliced spring onion.
