Thin smashed tacos carry Greek-style chicken, tzatziki, cucumber, tomato and crisp fries.
Serves: 4 people

Ingredients
- Minced chicken – 500 g
- Small flour tortillas – 8
- Greek yoghurt – 200 g
- Cucumber, grated and squeezed – 0.5
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Dried oregano – 2 tsp
- Ground cumin – 1 tsp
- Tomatoes, diced – 2
- Red onion, finely sliced – 1
- Fries, cooked crisp – 300 g
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper – to taste
Method
STEP 1
Mix yoghurt with grated cucumber, one grated garlic clove, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let the tzatziki rest while you cook the tacos.
STEP 2
Mix the minced chicken with oregano, cumin, the remaining garlic, salt and pepper. Spread a thin layer of this mixture directly onto each tortilla.
STEP 3
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Place a tortilla meat-side down and press it firmly with a spatula so the chicken browns in a thin layer.
STEP 4
When the chicken is cooked and crisp at the edges, flip briefly to warm the tortilla side. Repeat with the remaining tacos.
STEP 5
Top the tacos with tzatziki, tomato, red onion and a few crisp fries. Fold and serve warm.
