Chia pudding is exactly the kind of jar recipe people love for meal prep: simple, creamy and endlessly adaptable. A quick shake in the jar and an overnight chill turn pantry basics into a light breakfast or snack with plenty of texture.

Ingredients
- Chia seeds – 2 tbsp
- Almond milk – 120 ml
- Maple syrup – 1 tsp
- Ground cinnamon – 1 pinch
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Fresh berries – 60 g
- Granola or chopped nuts – 2 tbsp
Method
STEP 1
Combine the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a lidded jar.
STEP 2
Shake vigorously, then let the jar stand for a short while before stirring once more to break up any clumps.
STEP 3
Refrigerate for several hours or overnight until the pudding is thick and creamy.
STEP 4
Finish with berries and granola or nuts just before serving.
