Tomato, mozzarella and basil with olive oil make one of the simplest gluten-free salads.

Serves: 4 people

Preparation time: 10 min

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes – 5
  • Mozzarella – 250 g
  • Basil – 1 handful
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1/4 tsp

Method

STEP 1 Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.
STEP 2 Arrange on a platter with basil leaves.
STEP 3 Finish with olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper.
