A fresh yogurt bowl with butternut purée, orange and crunchy granola is bright, creamy and gently sweet.
Why add butternut to a yogurt bowl?
Butternut puree gives a yogurt bowl a soft, almost dessert-like flavour without needing much extra sugar. Orange adds freshness and granola brings crunch. It works well as breakfast or a light snack.

Ingredients
- Greek yogurt – 2 cups
- butternut purée – 1/2 cup
- orange – 1, segmented
- granola – 1 cup
- honey – 2 tsp
- ground cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
Method
STEP 1
Swirl the butternut purée and cinnamon through the yogurt.
STEP 2
Spoon into bowls and top with the orange segments and granola.
STEP 3
Drizzle lightly with honey and serve immediately.
