Crunchy crostini topped with sweet butternut, salty feta and chili make an elegant spicy party bite.

Ingredients
- baguette – 1
- roasted butternut – 1 cup, mashed lightly
- feta – 4 oz, crumbled
- pomegranate seeds – 1/3 cup
- chili flakes – 1/4 tsp
- olive oil – 2 tbsp
- salt – to taste
- black pepper – to taste
Method
STEP 1
Slice the baguette and brush the slices with olive oil. Toast them in the oven until crisp and golden.
STEP 2
Season the butternut with salt and black pepper and spoon it onto the crostini.
STEP 3
Top with feta, pomegranate seeds and chili flakes and serve right away.
