A frituur-style meatball served warm with mayonnaise, curry ketchup and chopped onion.
Serves: 4 people

Ingredients
- ground beef and pork mix – 1 lb
- breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup
- egg – 1
- onion, grated – 1/4 cup
- salt – 1 tsp
- black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg – 1/4 tsp
- butter or oil – 1 tbsp
- mayonnaise – 1/3 cup
- curry ketchup – 1/3 cup
- onion, finely chopped – 1/4 cup
Method
1. Mix the meat with the breadcrumbs, egg, grated onion, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
2. Shape four firm meatballs.
3. Brown them in butter or oil, then lower the heat and cook until done through.
4. Place each boulet on a plate or in a tray and top with mayonnaise and curry ketchup.
5. Finish with the chopped onion and serve hot.
