Savory lettuce wraps with minced beef, ginger and crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients
- Lean ground beef – 500 g
- Romaine leaves – 12
- Red bell pepper – 1
- Carrot – 1
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Fresh ginger – 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
Method
STEP 1 Brown the beef in a hot pan.
STEP 2 Add garlic, ginger and vegetables.
STEP 3 Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
STEP 4 Spoon into lettuce leaves and serve.
