Baked salmon with lemon potatoes

A traybake of salmon, lemon and potatoes that is simple, familiar and naturally gluten-free.

Serves: 4 people

Preparation time: 40 min

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets – 4
  • Potatoes – 900 g
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon – 1
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Dill – 1 handful
  • Green beans – 200 g

Method

STEP 1 Roast the potatoes with olive oil and garlic until nearly tender.
STEP 2 Add the salmon and green beans and roast until the fish is just cooked.
STEP 3 Finish with lemon juice and dill before serving.
