Baked Figs with Goat’s Cheese and Radicchio

Warm figs and soft goat’s cheese paired with the gentle bitterness of radicchio create a starter that feels seasonal and refined.

Serves: 6 people

Preparation time: 40 min

Ingredients

  • Fresh figs – 12
  • Soft goat’s cheese – 150 g
  • Radicchio – 1 head
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – to taste

Method

1. Halve the figs and place them in a baking dish with a small spoonful of goat’s cheese on top.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until the figs soften and the cheese warms through.
3. Arrange radicchio on plates and season it lightly.
4. Spoon the warm figs over the radicchio and finish with honey and black pepper just before serving.
