A sweet-sour pickle of cabbage, carrot and cucumber that brings freshness and crunch to rich dishes.

Ingredients
- White cabbage – 200 g
- Carrot – 2
- Cucumber – 1
- White vinegar – 150 ml
- Water – 150 ml
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Turmeric – 1 tsp
- Salt – pinch
Method
STEP 1
Slice the vegetables thinly.
STEP 2
Heat vinegar, water, sugar, turmeric and salt until the sugar dissolves.
STEP 3
Pour the hot liquid over the vegetables.
STEP 4
Let cool completely and chill for a few hours.
STEP 5
Serve cold.
