Golden baby potatoes with rosemary and garlic are crisp outside, fluffy inside and always welcome.

Why cook potatoes in the air fryer?

Potatoes get crisp edges easily in the air fryer with little oil. Rosemary adds a classic aromatic flavour. Cut the pieces roughly the same size so they cook evenly.

Ingredients

  • baby potatoes – 1 1/2 lb, halved
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • fresh rosemary – 1 tbsp, chopped
  • garlic powder – 1 tsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp

Method

STEP 1
Toss the potatoes with the olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
STEP 2
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
STEP 3
Cook for 16 to 20 minutes, shaking halfway, until the potatoes are crisp and golden.
STEP 4
Serve immediately as a side dish.
