These juicy mushrooms with garlic and herbs are ready in no time and taste rich and savory.
Why cook mushrooms in the air fryer?
Mushrooms release moisture quickly, but in the air fryer they also develop a concentrated savoury flavour. Garlic and herbs soak into the warm mushrooms well. Serve them straight away for the best texture.

Ingredients
- button mushrooms – 14 oz
- olive oil – 2 tbsp
- garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- parsley – 2 tbsp, chopped
- salt – to taste
- black pepper – to taste
Method
STEP 1
Toss the mushrooms with the olive oil, garlic, salt and black pepper.
STEP 2
Air fry at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking once, until tender and lightly browned.
STEP 3
Finish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
