Brussels sprouts get crisp edges and sweet-savory depth with bacon and balsamic in the air fryer.

Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts – 1 lb, halved
- bacon lardons – 5 oz
- olive oil – 1 tbsp
- balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp
- salt – to taste
- black pepper – to taste
Method
STEP 1
Toss the Brussels sprouts and bacon with the olive oil, salt and black pepper.
STEP 2
Air fry at 390°F for 12 to 14 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp and browned.
STEP 3
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar just before serving.
